My daughter drives a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and had an issue with her check engine light being on and the car was driving sluggish for the past 2 weeks. She had taken the car intially to Tuffy Auto and 10 days later the car was only getting worse. Yesterday, 11/5/18 we decided to have her take the car to the Hyundai dealership in Tampa FL. She was assigned to Warren Stephens service Manager. He was extremely professional and handled my daughters situation with extreme care and urgency. My daughter had dropped the car off at 10:15am on 11/5/18 and had to be to work for 10:30am which was 8 mins away and offered her that the shuttle would be able to take her. She was also picked up after work back to dealership once the issues were resolved. We have never experienced this type of car service ever and we are extremely satisfied customers. I recommend you ask for Warren Stephens whenever you need service he goes above and beyond and treats his customers with the outmost respect.
