I came in with a need for an oil change and a tire with a slow air leak. I didn’t make an appointment, but happened to be at the vet with my dog across the street and stopped by to see if they could squeeze me in. I was met with courtesy, a big smile, and was immediately taken inside, WITH MY DOG, to be helped. Not only was the man helpful and kind, he was able to locate a nail in my tire and get me set up with a new one, an oil change, AND a car wash and detail. I was vastly impressed. He also stayed late to do it, as the department closes at 7 and he stayed until 7:45 PM to do so, missing his men’s church group for the evening without so much as a gripe or concern. This is a wonderful staff member you have, and service like this is why I continue to come to the dealership for help instead of anywhere else. Thank you for everything, Mr. Warren!

The gentleman Carmelo who assisted me in the office was incredible! I expressed that I was in a time crunch and he had me in and out in plenty of time! I used to get the service on my vehicle at other shops but I will absolutely be using you for all my car needs in the future!
