I had called ahead and spoken to my unknown at the time sales person. I told him over the phone exactly what car I wanted, including the color the interior and the luxury package. You did not have it in your inventory so he called around and until he found the exact car and had it delivered to the dealership, he was extremely professional and showed me all of the exciting electronic equipment on the car. His name is Harold, and he was a fantastic salesperson his manager David popped in from time to time to make sure everything was happening, and he was very kind and professional as well I got the exact car that I wanted and all of the technical support that I required being as that the car has so many features. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Scott Hope, Courtesy's Hyundai service adviser was outstanding; he provided pertinent information about repair recommendations. He was attentive to my inquiries and provided "the" answer as opposed to stating irrelevant info.

Always a great experience with Jordan Pate and Carlos Ventura. Can we please move Jordan back to the front center desk? He always greets the customers properly so I wasn’t as pleased when I noticed they changed his desk.

Harold was attentive and patient as we worked through which car suited our growing family. He made the experience a pleasure and I would recommend anyone to Courtesy Hyundai.
