2 good -2 needs improvement.. The good: the price negotiation. I asked for best out the door price had your offer within 3 hours was very competitive with other offers I had one of which had just sold. I didn't even need to negotiate. Secondly your online shipping tool gave a price estimate substantially less than actual quote. I was getting ready to book a flight down to tampa from tn when you let me know you were honoring the online quote. The needs improvement..the car had a dent and scratches and scrapes down the length of the car. Impossible to see from the pictures..white car with sunlight and shadows. Would have been nice to know before seeing it on arrival. I was assured car was "clean"..guess that's the risk of buying sight unseen. And lastly a minor point but the car arrived bone dry on gas with the fuel empty light on.

Brought my car in for service around multiple car alerts and a few recalls. Jeffrey and his team handled the car well and solved the problems they could. I was told I would be hearing soon about a part they needed to order.One thing that needs fixed is the waiting time for appointments. Someone with an 11am appointment should not be waiting until 4pm to get their car back.

My visit started off a little rocky on a Monday morning. After working with Jeffrey, we were able to find a solution to my problem. Jeffrey had patience with me during my indecisive moments. Overall, it was a successful experience and my vehicle was serviced accordingly in order for me to get back to work and care for my patients.
