I came to Courtesy Hyundai for a variety of service needs, including diagnosing a hissing sound from my A/C system, getting my front and rear brakes serviced and an oil change. Rassiel assisted me and was thorough in the way he explained the diagnosis process and communicated with me throughout the time my car was at the dealership.

Brought my car in to check two issues, Josh was just excellent. Created me well, listened and understood my car issues, guaranteed a timely update then did it all. When additional time was needed to resolve the issues he took the initiative to get me home. Exceptional and professional.

Overall it was a good experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars and state it was a great experience is due to the fact that I had an 820am appointment but my car wasn't even started until 1000am. What's the point of an appointment?
