I am a customer from out of town (4 hours away) had a fantastic experience with the sales department. Carlos Ventura and Jose Perez sold me the Elantra-N in the exact spec I was looking for at MSRP. Negotiations were painless and they also made is easy to appraise my trade-in despite the distance. My delivery experience with them was also great. I do wish finance was less insistent about purchasing extended warranties. I bought an extended warranty under the premise that cancellation can be at anytime and realized days later that I did not need it. Being that I am from out of town, the process to cancel is not easy as I had to send in a form and got no response back from finance. I then reached out to Carlos and he was very responsive with helping me get the cancellation. As of this writing, I am still awaiting the processing of my refund. That said, Carlos has been fantastic to work with and I appreciate all of his help even after taking delivery of my new car. He has truly gone above and beyond.

Shawn was excellent. I called from NYC to make the appointment because Ocala Hyundai did not align my car after doing tie rod work days before. Was able to get to the airport and make my flight but needed car serviced before driving back Ocala. They were great!
