Overall I would say it was good due to the end goal being accomplished. It sucked that I was time constrained and had to keep pestering the staff. Biggest issues would have to be the first "fix" that didn't actually fix the issue and the initial hardness to get ahold of my service contact.

I purchased a 2022 Ioniq 5 with the SEL trim. The sales person gave me a virtual tour and provided her own visual assessment of the cars condition. The sales representative was kind and thorough.

It took around 4 hours but I was having a lot done, so I expected that. Scott kept me up to date the whole time and was open with answers when I asked him questions during the process.
