Everything was done as it should

Had appointment for oil change, told wait maybe as long as 4 hours. Settled in with free coffee, reading material and free Wi-Fi in the comfortable waiting room. Surprising my car was ready in only 2 hours!

Hyundai issue recall on battery but Ben in service customer service was transparent called with updates. He is one of the main reasons I stay with Hyundai!

Honestly it was a normal experience till Jonathan got involved. He remembered me from a previous conversation we had. And really went to bat for me to get a good deal and maintain being a two car household. Valeria and everyone else was super awesome. Also super pleased to have an electric vehicle!
