Took in my vehicle without an appointment and was greeted with courtesy and promptness. It was a very smooth transaction.

Service was completed quickly and correctly.However, my payment receipt reflected the service I requested but done for a different vehicle other than my own.

All was good from start to finish.

After consulting with the internet sales group we scheduled a time to come in and test drive a specific vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership Carolyn had the vehicle ready and waiting for us. After the test drive we started talking numbers. The sales managers were pushy but not overly so. When we told them we needed to go home and discuss further they didn’t try and hijack our keys for our trade in.

It was great but a lot of surveys.
