The two gentlemen who assisted me really really need a raise…the young man in the parts department (I cannot remember his name) and another young man at the service counter named Jesus. They were so helpful and friendly.I did not service my car at your dealer this time. I purchased parts and also needed to pick up my car after a diagnostic test was done.

Came in with an issue and all my questions were answered promptly.

I had to wait over 3 hours for an oil change and alignment. Scotty was very understanding and was able to discount my service. The manager, however, I didn’t feel was understanding at all- he said he could do my alignment for $99 instead of $149. Since there was already a coupon for a $99 alignment, I couldn’t figure how that was compensating for my extra long wait.
