I forgot my phone at home and they didn’t came tell me that the car was done for about hour wait on tv room!!!

Overall the experience was great. Was happy to get the new license plate early. Our only complaint was that when the car was being delivered to us, the delivery staff drove on the Veterans 589 Hwy, which we ended up getting a toll violation for since the car did not have a SunPass account yet. While only $4, it is still not nice to get a notice in the mail you have a violation.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2025 Palisade at Courtesy Hyundai. Jesus and Anthony took care of everything! when Anthony called to let me know what was going on, he also informed me it had been taken care of...I didn't have to lift a finger. This was my first experience going to a Hyundai dealership for service and I have to say, I'm definitely a fan. Intake was quick, and the turnaround on replacing my son's engine was superfast consider we were in the middle of a tropical storm! I think my next new vehicle is going to be a Hyundai if this is the service I can expect to get!. Awesome job guys!!!
