Came in for a software update and tire rotation. A loaner wasn’t available so Scott Rose was able to get me in early on Saturday instead.

It was great! I really appreciated the employees- all friendly, not pushy, and very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited several other dealerships and they had very pushy attitudes and really didn’t seem knowledgeable about their town products- they just wanted to shove me in a car and collect their money. Anothet dealership also quoted $3000 more for the same vehicle I got a quote on at Courtesy. It was a pleasure and also a very easy buying experience. Carlos and David went WAY out of their way to make me happy with my purchase!
