I took my Sonata NLine in with a transmission recall issue. My service advisor Seán Connolly was very professional and kept me in the loop along the way, as my transmission had to be replaced. He made sure the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. I previously took my car in for the same issue to a different dealership, and it took six months to get it back. I will only have my car serviced at Courtesy Hyundai in the future and will definitely continue to have Seán as my service advisor.

My car was loosing oil rapidly, as soon i got to the service department Jesus Valiente saw my worried face and asked me right away if i needed help. Couple of hours later my car was new again. I want to thank Jesus and Mario the mechanic wo actually worked on the car. They all did a great job. I would be coming back.

Tiffany and Jesus were both great. Extremely nice. Very professional. The staff was friendly and helpful.I didn't go with five stars though for two reasons.1) The horn is weaker now after the repair. Jesus/Tiffany did say I could schedule to bring it back in to get it taken care of. I just hoped it would've been completely ready to go when I picked up the car. Now I have to figure out transportation to have the car brought in a second time.2) Because there is, what looks like, coffee drops on the dashboard and motor oil/grease on my inside driver's door handle/arm rest. I keep my car immaculate so hopefully I can get these to come off on my next cleaning. I was also hoping the car would've been cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. Little disappointed there.
