After waiting months for a part to become available, I spoke with the Service Mgr. He found the part in Orlando and had it shipped to Courtesy. I made a reservation and brought the car in for service. the Service Manager personally took over and gave me priority in getting the part installed

Harold was great. It was a pleasure buying a car from him.
