My transmission went out on my 1year old Tucson. The dealership that I bought it from was very rude to me. So I went to Courtesy. Your name fits you. You have been very courteous to me, & supplied me with a loaner (which Wesley Chapel refused). It took 16 weeks for the transmission to come in. Everyone I spoke with, service, parts, and fleet, were very polite to me. My only complaint is that when I had to leave a message, no one returned my call except Rafael.

I came in for a routine maintenance and a campaign recall. Our service agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and direct to the point. The estimated time he indicated was also correct. He was also available, visible, and happy to answer questions or make changes during my entire time at the dealership. Great employee! I also noticed the dealership seems to be very well staffed. As soon as we got in, we were welcomed by a crew of helpers from the car door to the desk. Everything moved very fast and smoothly. Something that was impressive and convenient was the live feedback/service report where I can see a summary of things being done to my car with options and ways to pay online to speed up the process. That was great too.
