Carlos (Salesman) and Faraz (Finance) were great and made my experience very easy and so comfortable. I was very overwhelmed and they both made feel at ease. Made me feel that I made the right decision trading in my Jeep!! Great customer service!! They both deserve a raise!!!

I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. for fuel induction cleaning on my Hyundai. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in right away. However, my car sat in the parking lot waiting to go into the shop until 9:00 a.m. I can understand if I was a walk-in but appointment should not be delayed this long. It seemed like there were hundreds of cars that morning for service. This is usually the case at this service center.

The rep who helped me did an excellent job. I especially appreciated that she got me a ride home while the work was being done.
