Courteous and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle even tho it's not the home base for repairs it is still better than crown any day of the week. I will say maybe the tech guys be more careful as they damaged my ground effect lights I installed in my vehicle other than that service was good

Waited for my car a bit too long especially when I had the earliest/1st appointment of the day.

My visit was very good and timely, and my issue of the window not going up and down was fixed. I only give 4/5 instead of 5/5 though because I pointed out the issue of paint chipping off my car above my left side windows and talked to two different representatives about it and this was ignored. I know Hyundai’s have been known to have this issue and most dealership’s fix the paint in good faith even though the paint is slightly over the warranty. No one even talked to me about having it fixed whether or not it would be free or if I’d have to pay for it after it was looked at and discussed.

Love this place ! I purchase a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago, but I unfortunately was in an accident. The car was a total loss which I found out Friday morning. I went straight Hyundai courtesy that afternoon and Harold & the team was able to put me in the same car with no issues! I would recommend them and Courtesy Collision.
