I was very pleased with the representative or consultant with courtesy, mindful and professionalism. I requested to have full synthetic oil even though I was under warranty. He obliged and he also let me what was in the yellow for my next visit. I did try to send an email but I don't know if it got through can you mail or I can PDF it and mail it away. I'm old school and I prefer it that way if possible. Thank you
