I had a horrible experience at the Crown Hyundai service center in St. Pete. They were unable to assign a tech for four days and would not give me a loaner car. I took my car back and went to see Tiffany at the Courtesy Hyundai service center in Tampa. She was VERY helpful, and then when she escalated my case to the manager, Jesus, everything was wonderful. They were good at communicating with me and addressed my car's needs. THANK YOU to Tiffany and Jesus!!
