First of all I went to resolve an issue , oil change , rotate my tires and was expecting a wash and no wash no tire rotation when I told the service advisor 4 times to not forget my tire rotation the unprofessional of the mechanic putting a sticker on my car not removing the old one looks terrible spent 250 plus dollars for my car to run the same way I brought it in
