I came in for a maintenance inspection and when I first drove up I was greeted and told who my service advisor was and where he was located. Once I went to my service advisors Alex he was very nice and helpful. He made sure I received the best service. Before he completed my intake he made sure I was at the right place to receive the inspection before taking my money and providing the service and then it be rejected. He also made sure I had his number to text him if I needed while I waited. Once the inspection was done he came and explained everything that was needed in order for the car to pass the inspection and what my options were. He made sure I received the most for my money. I will definitely be returning for my next service.

Had a strange occurrence that my KIA CONNECT said my battery has discharged. When the technician looked at the battery he noted it was a Ford battery. I don't know how the dealership delivered this car to me with a Fird battery in it. Rodney took care of it and Ashley was also very helpful as she always is.I worked at Coutesy Kia and l know both if them well. I still can't believe that this happened to me. The car only has 4081 miles on it.

I appreciate Jenny for her customer service and help in everything (she was great). Company wise, the charge for the diagnostic I think is overpriced just to tell me that it was the alternator, after keeping my vehicle overnight. It shouldn't have taken that long for a diagnostic.
