Job was done well by the counter advisor and jeff the tech who did the computer update and oil change.

Everything went smoothly and kept us up to date on progress.

Frustrated that the original warranty review didn’t identify the real issue with the sunroof frame, but the team updated quickly, set expectations on what happens next and these were exceeded when I got a call the next day the parts were already In (Hector had set an expectation, not a promise, that it could be quick but also could be a week).
