All good except that at the end the vehicle was handed over without detailing or cleaning specially from outside

The experience was fabulous. My vehicle just showed up by tow truck 1 night & that very morning I had an awesome service advisor, Torie! She was a great communicator. We waited a short time for a part. The vehicle is safe to drive. I'm very satisfied .
