Wasted time waiting around for diagnosis . Four hours to provide little information and that parts needed to be ordered and it would be ready in six days. I could have went home immediately!

5 days later after having the car serviced, my car will not start. According to the documentation, my car was fine. Now I call service and it's impossible to get through to someone. I am waiting to see if the operator checks the messages as that was my only option.
