John was great from my first call. I called, he texted back almost immediately after to follow up. And he was forthcoming and honest from beginning to end. I told him that we have a newborn and toddler at home and free-time is limited, and he was true to his word. Not only did he get us the car we wanted, but made the experience extremely pain free and easy. Once I came in, I think I was at the dealership for about 1.5 hours. I was optimistic, but even that exceeded my expectations!

The tint was replaced on my back window. When I bought it on August 4, I noticed there were smudge marks at the bottom of the back window. New tint job is great, but it would’ve been nice to know how long it needs to sit before I added my back window dash came to it.

Mike Fritch took his time and explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. He has made follow up calls since my purchase to see how things are and if I have any concerns or questions.

Gage took care of getting me into the door and meeting my goals from the beginning, I was able to communicate by phone and text to expedite things and inspire me to take the hour drive up to the dealership. The whole experience was comfortable, no pressure tactics just straight up meeting me on my goals. The deal was a compromise of getting into an incredible car with more space at a great deal for my large family. I have to mention Sebastien in finance as well who smoothed the numbers out at the end and figured how to make everything work out.
