Nick was great. Even though my appointment was not confirmed he was able to take care of what was needed.

We went to look at tellurides and were meant by Brendon. He was very good at finding what we wanted. Answered all questions very well. would definitely want him to sell us another vehicle at another time.

Everyone there is great. I only gave 4 stars because this is the 3rd time I’ve come in for this issue and I always have to bring it in and then wait for -arts and then return. It’s frustrating. It’s frustrating that my brand new car has had several recalls and I’ve had it just over a year.

I was greeted upon arrival to the service location. Erich F. Greeted me with a smile and warm welcome, and greeted me by name. He got me checked in quickly, asked how I was doing and how the family was.

It was easy quicker than I ever been at Kia getting a car, Elden made the transaction fun and simple. The car wash on the other hand was lacking. The glass cleaner that was used, made the glass fogging when it rained. The floor mats are not for the car model. So I have to move the mat when it hits the gas paddle.
