Everyone that I speak with when I come whether it’s service or sales is always professional and friendly. Brad has handled my service since the purchase of my first car in 2020 and is great. John helped me find a new car after bringing my forte in for service. The process was smooth and uncomplicated. Zach in finance was amazing!

ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER: Nick was AWESOME! That being said, my appointment was at 3pm on Friday. I was told that the team was backed up and they asked to keep my car through Sat. Sat at 2pm I was advised that my car hadn't even been seen yet and they asked to keep it through Monday. I couldn't, as I needed my car for work, so Nick made some magic happen. Thanks to him, I had my car back Saturday afternoon, but neither of us should have been put in that position. We make appointments for a reason. While I understand stacking a couple of appointments to make up for no-shows, the level that I saw this weekend was ridiculous. One of the techs said that by Friday afternoon, they had 20 cars that had yet to be seen, most of which were THURSDAY appointments. That's not fair to your employees, as they have to deal with customer frustrations, and it's not fair to your customers. This is a common occurrence at this dealership and is an extremely POOR customer experience. IF I choose to come back to your dealership, it will be solely because of my trust of Nick, as he genuinely seems to care about your customers. Unfortunately, it's pretty obvious that you do not.

Came in from Lakeland because Regal Kia dropped the ball. They should take lessons from your service department on how to run one. The porter that greeted me was pleasant and very cool. Erich made me feel welcome even though it was a busy Saturday and I know you guys were slammed.The drive from Lakeland stinks, but if I have anymore recalls I will make the drive out there because of the service department. Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

Nick takes great care of his customers, I have never had to worry about things not getting done or if something was missed. He takes his time and listens as well as explain if additional services need to be completed.
