Appointment system was very useful and service advisor was very professional and helpful, would be an overall better experience if their was an update process that informs customers when their car is done being serviced or in the final stage of cleanup so we can better time our return to the dealership.

Easy to make appointment online, and availability of times was perfect.Technician was thorough and explored a specific problem that I experienced and could not replicate the problem. Tightened battery cables, etc.Checking out was quick and thorough, and even used a coupon.I love Courtesy Kia Service!

Darryl greeted us in such a great professional manner. He was respectful, kind, & patient. He went out of his way to do everything he can to make sure I got my dream car the same day! Made sure it was detailed and explained all of the car features to me even though it meant him staying a little over time to lock up the dealership. There was a minor problem when leaving the lot, the car had no engine oil so I had to bring the car back in the next day for a fix & Darryl made sure to get that done as soon as possible. He kept me updated on my vehicle as it was in the shop & never failed to give me honest feedback. He is a great salesman and deserves lots of praise with how much he prioritizes his customers and our needs!
