10/10 would highly recommend my Service Advisor Tori K. I have been going to Courtesy Kia for recalls on my Sorento only because of my previous experience with terrible customer service and long wait times in the past. I was reluctant to bring my car but had no choice due to a recalled engine failure. Tori worked miracles and made it possible to get a new engine and me my car back on the road. She was quick to respond and assisted me in every way possible. Tori is the reason I still have a Kia. Thank you Tori!
