Tori assisted us with a major engine replacement couldn't ask for a better person to help us out everything went smoothly that girl deserves a raise. Undoubtedly she's worth her weight and gold. You guys are very lucky to have or keep up the great work it shows.

I set an appointment for routine service, oil change, and a recall for 11am and I was able to drop my car off before 8am. I was welcomed in the bay and told who my service advisor was right away. My service advisor Drew was fast and recognized I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. This was his first week with the dealership and was really fast. The only thing that could have been better with my visit for all the services I was having done he could have told me about the oil change coupon that was available and I didn’t have to ask for it. There was no let’s see what we can do with this bill over 500 dollars to save you money. When I picked up my vehicle I was presented the bill without the oil change coupon and had to remind him again about it. I asked about an extended service plan and he told me about it and that I should speak with a salesperson but never introduced me. Helps customer service was great just would have wished he didn’t drop the ball and he would have gotten 5 stars.

This is more of a story than a review. I brought my telluride in for service and knew that I needed a lot of stuff done and working with Ashley made it so much easier and I told her I was going to look at cars while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. You said if you decide to buy a car, do not come back and pay for the service, and advise the sales person that you may be buying a car but your car is in for service. Eric was my sales person, and I was very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable he was about the products and the comparatives between the models. We finally figured that one of your better Sportage models would be perfect for us, and I told him the story about how helpful Ashley had been and what she had suggested. He said, we will do whatever she said.This would be the fifth Kia that we’ve had over the years and you can think a man named Iman Moon, Was a former BU professor and advisor to the chairman of Kia motor division in Korea. His wife was also a famous painter and architect in Soul Korea.Aymen and I worked on a project that had to do with hydrogen fuel technology and coming up with a plan of combining the engineering from MIT and his knowledge. He asked me to help him put the pieces together..How to put three technologies together and turn it into a home that could use hydrogen fuel technology to take care of all of its needs and produce hydrogen to run the car..Iman Told me years before I got my first Soul, Kia motors was the car that I needed to keep in my mind because their technology was far better and more advanced than most other automobile manufacturers.
