This is my 6th Kia purchase and like always I had an awesome experience. I went there just to talk to Julio Ledesma not thinking I was going to be able to make a deal. But at the same time I knew that if there was a way to make it work, Kia would do it for me. Julio worked really hard to make it possible and showed lots of respect and knowledge. Definitely worth the wait and all the test drives.

Got an appt in 1 day to bring my car in to get fixed, all problems addressed and fixed in the same day great customer service by Brandon!

Arrival was easy and the waiting area was comfortable even with a 3 hour wait. No one checked in w/me. Yet I did get a text in case I wanted to check in myself. All the Recalls on the Carnival are cumbersome.
