I recently took my car to Courtesy Kia for my first oil change, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I used the app system for scheduling which was convenient for me. but didn't get a confirmation email. Check-in process was nice too. the service advisor who quickly checked me in and was friendly. Highly recommend Courtesy Kia of Brandon to anyone looking for reliable and customer-friendly car service.

I went in for an oil change and to change the spark plugs, Ashley was my service advisor. She was very helpful, found a coupon for me, kept me informed every step of the way. She arranged for a Lyft to take us to the mall while the car was being serviced and arranged for our return.

My experience with Courtesy Kia is always very good; Ashley Craig my service advisor is always courteous, helpful and informative she kept me abreast of the status of my car. My overall experience during this last visit was a surprise as I was only in for an oil change; but also needed to get my brake pads done, it took five hours which was surprising, however Ashley was apologetic and was very helpful in getting my car to me.

Service was great and car delivered earlier than expected.
