My experience was fine, however, every time I come in you recommend I get an alignment done on my car when I've already had two this year and the last one being two months ago. This is leading me to believe one of the following: something is really wrong with my car to need an alignment that often, you like to upcharge and say something's wrong with my car when nothing really is, or you did a poor job last time to need yet another one.When I asked my sales rep, she said I only need one about once a year. Again, I've had two within the past 9 months and you're recommending another one. I'd love an explanation as to what's wrong with my car.Therefore, if you're recommending another one I'm going to have to ask that it be comped since the last one you did just 2 months ago wasn't done to standard.Thank you.
