I knew I wanted a mini van and the Carnival was my favorite based on the research I did beforehand. I waited until the 2025 model started showing up on the website before I came in to buy. Eloy was very friendly and helpful, made the test drive, deposit, and eventually the sale process very easy. I always dread when the time comes to buy a new car because I don't particularly enjoy dealing with sales staff at the dealership, but Eloy was very pleasant to work with and I felt like he genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Armando Andrade was the Sales Rep. He was professional, efficient, very friendly... answered all my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. Because of him, this was one of the smoothest auto purchases I've ever made.
