My experience was overall smooth, as I only needed a single part ordered and standard maintenance. I did have to return to have the part installed, but was not significantly inconvenienced by the process.

It was good but they didn't do everything they said they would. They promised me they would include the all weather floor mats & they removed them from my trunk when they took it back to clean it up. They didn't have me fill out the correct paperwork and then asked me to come back the next weekend to fix it. Except I don't live anywhere near the dealership to just drive there. They finally agreed to email it to me. But all of this being said, I would go back to them to buy my next car. I'll just check everything better.
