Quick turn around on repair and shuttle service was great!

I have a 2016 Kia Sorento and while driving it, the engine seized up. I had it towed to Courtesy Kia to have it repaired. It was only once I was there that I learned that Courtesy Kia no longer provides shuttle services for up to 15 miles (it had been reduced to 10). This was quite disappointing. I also found out after the Sorento had been inspected, this was a common occurrence for this model and I was entitled to a loaner vehicle; however, I was also 28th on a waiting list and never did receive one. Outside of those two major inconveniences, the rest of the service done on the vehicle so far has been very good.
