Great service, two suggestions... (1) When an extra service is proposed to the customer because the recommended mileage is reached, don't send an "Immediate service needed, device failed inspection" red warning notice. This is clearly a yellow warning situation, I'd say. (2) When you send a text that the vehicle is ready for pickup, which is a great service, clarify what the customer should do or where they should go next. For example: "Your vehicle is ready for pickup. Your service agent, Fred, is waiting for you at the service counter."
