Friendly and helpful staff, smooth process overall

It was a long day for an A/C service. I brought it in with multiple issues. My car definitely was better when it was returned to me, but it didn't get finished until late. I had a coworker drop me off on his way home so I could get a status update and ended up waiting in the customer waiting area for a bit until it was finished. I didn't even know it had been restyled with a viewing window.Nick had been helpful in getting this set up, and did monitor the car's progress to the point of having a different mechanic do the A/C work due to the other mechanic's schedule falling behind.
