Nicholas did a wonderful job squeezing me in to have my car service. He actually listened to me and I believe he heard me as I explain what was going on with my car in detail. And now my car is driving excellent.

Overall id say I had a pretty good experience there, I was in and out in about 2 hours and purchased a 2025 GT front line, John Hyde, my salesman was great, I came in with my own financing and there was no hassle on that, great.....however when I got to the finance mangers office things took a bit of a turn. He was just really pushy on trying to upsell me on additional coverages for the car, when he finally excepted no as an answer he body language changed completely. He began shuffling his papers with quite the intensity, smacking his lips and just got real short with me and I was ushered out the office post haste. I understand it's his job to upsell me (as I was reminded of that while in front of him) but maybe don't make your customers feel uncomfortable in the process. Again over id recommended the hell out of this place and John Hyde

Great experience. My service advisor, Nick was amazing getting me in and out of there in a very timely manner. Offered me the ride service and got a few errands completed, a great plus in a busy day. The additional items needed for service I will be back for due to Nick explaining the entire process.
