I was met as soon as I pulled up into the service area and directed to a service agent, who was friendly and efficient. Ashley, another service agent made sure that I was taken care of, and took an extra effort to get my service done promptly. She then escorted me to my vehicle and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Great experience!

Erich was my service advisor and he was so wonderful. I brought my car in for a nail in my tire and he noticed I had 2 recalls and an infotainment firmware update that was needed. He had all of those done while the car was there and I went ahead and had a oil and filter change since I wasn't far from being due. Since I was having so much done and waiting would have been a while Erich arranged for a Lyft home. I truly appreciate the level of service that Erich gives to his customers and I will always look to have him as my service advisor going forward.
