I was there just for an oil change, which took 2 hours with an appointment. It seems that short visits, such as oil changes, could be prioritized in an express line to save time for the customers.

It was absolutely amazing. I went in for an oil change and Nicholas took the extra step to get my car up to date with Services I couldn't afford to do at the moment with taking a closer look at my warranty. I was able to get multiple Services done that my car actually needed. He did an amazing job with communication and making my car available to me after 4 when I got off work.
