Very frustrating. Bought a new carnival for special needs family member transportation. Was told Loaner service is available"before purchase" After purchase I was advised Loaner service is 5-6 week wait list!! Unacceptable, My brand new (15 miles) car had 3 things wrong needing to stay in the shop. After 2 hours waiting and speaking to everyone, I was allowed to have a loaner car for the weekend. This information would have made me go right back to Ford. The heated seat has still not been taken car of.
