The parking attendant greeted me within seconds of pulling up to the service bay and instructed me to see Erich at the service desk. Erich was with customers and let me know he'll be right with me. I wasn't upset on the wait because I was 20 minutes early for my reserved appointment. Once my time came, Erich did a great job listening to my concerns, asked smart questions, advised how to proceed. One concern I had was my vehicle was not stopping the engine when at red lights. He advised that could be due to an old battery. Being my battery was original from the factory (4 years old), I replaced it with new and the engine is stopping as designed. The guys at the shop also popped out a small dent from my driver side rear door that occurred when one of my kids hit is with their bike handle riding down the driveway. That was a pleasant surprise. I rated the experience a 5 out of 5 but if 6 out of 5 was an option, I would have most definitely chose that.

I was told the vehicle would be ready by before 6 pm but it was not. My appointment was 12:40 pm and I expected 2-3 hours was needed to complete the work. I was not updated as to its progress and the need for additional time to complete the work.
