I was able to get the appointment day I needed and was able to be checked in fairly quickly. They arranged the Lyft ride to work which is always a big help. My car was repaired on time and I was able to get a ride back to the dealership.I was checked out fairly quickly, but then there was a couple hiccups from there. They sent a runner to get my car. It was retrieved quickly. I went out to my car and passed the runner who had the paper/plastic in his hand. I got to my car and no key fob - the runner had taken it back with him. the CSR came out an apologized and handed me my fob. I got into my car and the seat was so far back I couldn't reach the pedals! (This happened the last time I came in for service too). I fired up the car and was blasted with the chemical smell form them treating my A/C system with cleaner. Ugh! I put my keys back together on the same ring, adjusted my seat and left. When I got to my house, I had to come around to the passenger door to get things off the front seat and I discovered my cabin air filter cover on the floorboard. I didn't have time to address it and figured I would get back to it later. The following morning as i loaded my car, I saw the door and reminded myself to see about installing it when I got to work. As I am driving, I am not getting much blow out my vents from the heater and I began to wonder if my A/C was messed up again. (I recently had it repaired at your dealership.). During the next day, I got back out to the car and got the filter cover back on, and on the drive home, the air seemed to be blowing a bit better. This whole thing is just so out of character of your customer-centered service.

I had the pleasure of meeting John Hyde in my car buying experience. I went through progressive insurance, and he reached out to me via phone and text. I honestly just wanted a little information and just wasn't sure what I wanted. I hung up with John and he was so nice I called back and scheduled a Seltos and Sportage test drive. He was kind, patient and spoke about both vehicles with experience and great knowledge. Tyler Noyes help explain the warranty and allowed me to ask as many questions as needed. He is so personable and gave real life scenarios to help me understand what I needed in a warranty. They both helped me feel very comfortable! I haven't had the greatest experience with purchasing cars. It's why I held on to my 2013 Nissan for so long. The process can be awful if you get the wrong person. I didn't! Thank you, Kia, and thank you John and Tyler!

I had a problem with my tire losing air. Brandon helped me a month ago when I had an oil change. So I went to home again. Brandon got me in and took care of my tire. It was previously patched when I had my oil changed. But could not be patched thim time. Brandon worked to get me the best price and get it replaced in a timely fashion since it was Saturday and I had no appointment.

Had an oil change. The service advisor was Brandon Whitmire. He was professional and took the time with us explaining the oil change and multi-point inspection. The whole experience went well.
