On Friday 19th, April my wife & I had the pleasure of dealing with sales rep Ray. He was very easy going and straight to the point when we discussed our wants & needs to go along with a trade in. He also made sure we were aware of the Kia app and assisted in setting it up and pairing the vehicle to the app.Our trade in was the 2023 Toyota Tundra that had 3 safety recalls. So with that we couldn’t get the absolute best trade in value, but we were still happy to be able to trade for a fairly decent price. With that, we did add some negative equity to my wife’s brand new 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige. But she’s happy to have a best of the Carnival line.We also had a great experience with our finance guy, Tyler Noyes. He did his research of our purchasing history and knew exactly what to, and what not to offer. We usually trade out of vehicles within 2 yrs, so we usually don’t ever have a need to use extended warranties. Tyler already knew it would be something we would decline so he didn’t offer it. He did let us know why he didn’t offer it, so it’s not like he was being lazy. He was very efficient, so much so that we probably spent 15 min in his office signing and going on our way.Overall our visit to Courtesy Kia of Brandon was a great experience. From the showing of the vehicle, test drive, finance, and having the car ready for us with a clean wash, weather mats loaded, full gas tank, connected to the app and license plate already installed. I came in for oil & filter change thinking I had an appointment, and it just so happened I misunderstood the email... I didn't have an appointment.But the service advisors were able to get me in.

My Service Advisor was extremely helpful and prompt. He kept me up to the minute on the progress of the service on my Seltos and thoroughly explained what was done. The service took less time than I expected (less than an hour), the car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in and I am happy with the experience.
