I wanted to have my alternator checked but they did a thorough inspection & said I had an oil leak. I approved the repair but when they went in, they found it was the radiator but I couldn’t afford it & they still charged me. I really don’t think that’s fair.

it was fine. the process takes forever but i guess that's normal. Not sure why carpet floor mats are included (read: I have to pay for them) when the Sportage comes with the Weathertech type fitted ones.Ray was good. wasn't pushy, got me a good deal. love the car
