Ashley is an outstanding service advisor! She is always professional, courteous, energetic and helpful. I always am grateful when she makes sure my vehicles are really taken care of and spotless when they are ready to go! Rarely can you experience such great customer care in anything these days however Ashley represents the gold standard of the best!

Brandon KIA is the first car dealership I’ve ever actually enjoyed taking my car in to be serviced. Brad Clement has been my representative for the last several times I have taken my car in and Brad is the type of representative every business should have. He is always courteous and keeps me advised on the status of my vehicle as it moves through the service process, something I hadn’t experienced at any other car dealership. Brad is someone who seems to put the customer first, a rare trait in most businesses today. I think Brandon KIA is fortunate to have Brad on their team.

Vehicle maintenance was performed on a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.
