We emailed Jerry Eyas to talk about turning in our 2021 Kia Telluride and told him we want the same thing. We set up a time for him to look at ours and look at what was available. We came back 2 days later to do the paperwork on the 2024 Kia Telluride. Jerry was on top of everything and the process was smooth and fast.

My favorite rep was available and she assisted me. She offered me a ride home, booked the ride-share, and gave me further instructions. When my vehicle was ready, she booked me a ride to be picked up. I was treated with respect and as a valued customer.
