Kareen was great explaining the vibration I was experiencing was because of the dual clutch transmission. also other issues we were experiencing he fixed or explained.

The service was a 4 hour plus recall. There was no way that I was going to get a ride home because I live 20,5 miles away. This was not a normal service call. I was there because of a fault of the Kia brand. I am 87 years old. I am still in "good " condition. HOWEVER making me wait in a place without comfortable facilities (made for short visits) and no food available except snacks was not the best experience. Can't some exceptions be made on getting a client home?????????

Drop off went well. I appreciated the complimentary Lyft ride home. However, after 5 hours I tried to get the status of my repair but had difficulty getting in touch with Ashley and ultimately learned she had left a message but somehow had the wrong number for me. When I finally picked up my car it was clean and the repair had apparently well.

Ashley Craig is the best.
