First Service on my 2024 Carnival - also had to have an update for an issue that Courtesy Kia was not aware of - so had to contact Kia to resolve and get the software fix downloaded. So the time frame was a bit longer than was expected, however, the waiting area is very nice as are the staff.

Excellent service for our Telluride

I came in to get a lease for personal use and Darryl was able to find the perfect fit for me! Amazing experience.

Fine at check in. Service Advisor told me it would take an hour 45 min. At an hour and 45 min I text him to ask when it would be done. He said they were finishing it up now. 15 min later I asked him again and was told the same thing. About 5 min after that it was finally ready. Long time for an oil change and rotation.

Jenny was able to squeeze me in for an oil change with no appointment
